Subsale Condo Below RM300k in Klang Valley

So many agents telling me that there is no condo cost under RM300k within 20mins drive from kl city centre anymore (Not including Rumah WIP, Selangorku & PR1MA). Is that true?

Congratulations on whoever bought their property during 2010s. So lucky as the House Price has been doubled.
However even before Covid the growth of HPI drops so much lower to almost 0% year-on-year basis.

What are your forecast towards the next 10 years? Is there really a bull run as what most property gurus said after the pandemic?

First Investment Property- How to Rent

Hi Im new in property investment, recently found a quite good deal subsale property, and it's currently tenanted as well, tenant moved in since 2 years ago so I consider it's quite stable.

1. What are the things I should consider when purchasing this property? Since I only have pictures of the house as Im not able to enter the house during MCO period.
2. The tenancy agreement was expired and not renewed yet, Should I continue let them stay without tenancy agreement or draft a new one?
3. Advice for a new property investor.
