Intel P35 mobo problem

Today try t assemble Intel DP35DP with my processor E8400,
When i push on button, there is no supply c/in to mobo. The heatsink also
did not run.

Then also cannot boot up bios, my LCD also cannot detect signal,
FYI i use graphic gigabyte ATI Rad 3850. I try to change proc and graphic card.
Problem also same.

Pls help and hv me some advice.
