although many unit of unoccupied house but there seems like some ppl still want to buy at such timing
prev got some unit lelong or to let go in my area and these few days seems like alrd found the buyer
neighbor had 3 units in hand also success sell 2 of his units and 1 he keep for investment (renting)
seems like still some hope in buying property

guess many people is tired with the situation seeing the daily case spiking
always new high record till feel like is another new norm to adapt with
continue like this more and more ppl to go jobless...never feel so sad and bad with our country future

2 kids still studying and himself is working full time job on weekday, part time on weekend
he has been ranting to me due to stress to live on, thn I remember he has 2 houses so tell him to rent out

recently business not good so my bro inquire about personal loan from bank
he is approached by this Thomas guy with fake bank business card, sell personal loan, even ask him to transfer money advance to run credit score check
luckily he called the bank in advance to ask for Thomas information and said no such person working in there!!
be alert and careful for such scam!!
