What coffee can give good kick?

I since some years ago when start drink coffee, the kick I felt the first few days was amazing. After that don't feel anymore, just after start drinking for a few days.
Now keep chasing for that kick, but nothing work.
Nescafe gold, davidoff, moccona, le cafe coffee powder all no work.
Check hup, yit foh tenom 3 in 1 also no work.

Anyone got any other good recommendation that can provide strongest kick?

Do you all feel like time is moving by so quickly these days or is it just me? Like before 2020, I don't remember time just passing by this quickly. I'm convinced something happened in 2020 causing time to accelerate like how it is now. Just imagine, it's already 5 years since the whole covid thing started in 2020. WTH..

Surely I can't be the only one feeling this way. What about you guys, do you all feel the same way or what?

Kena scam by grab driver

This Saturday morning, pagi-pagi already kena scam by grab driver, lulz.

Went to workshop nearby my place to drop my car off for routine servicing. Took grab from there back to my place. Short trip, around 1km.

Metered fare around Rm5+ something. After drop off, check my phone, charged up to Rm20+. That scammy f*ck go and put toll charges Rm15. Padahal no toll even. Lol.

Still thinking whether want to report him to grab or just give him chance and let it be. Rating also I not yet rate. Hmm...

Question regarding dropshipping

Hi guys, regarding dropshipping, regardless on whichever platform, shopee, Lazada, etc, what if your supplier so happened to 'accidently' include the invoice showing the lowered price when shipping the item to your customer?

I like cannot brain what is stopping the suppliers from doing that. Like for sure the customers would go directly to them when placing future orders, as price cheaper.
Has this situation ever happened to any of you involved in dropshipping?

Last year around aug, when I was coming home from work, as I was driving into the front porch, I noticed something black on the floor. Got out of the car and saw that it was a dead crow. Also there was bird poop all over the floor. I didn't think anything of it, just took a dustpan and threw the bird underneath a tree. Bad omen or whatever, I didn't think anything of it, I'm not one to believe in all this. But now, months later, looking back I don't know if it was a bad omen or just some coincidence.

A couple of days after the bird incident, something happened to me during my lunch break at work. I suddenly felt my stomach churn and felt like I needed to use the loo. I decided to drive back. I could have used the toilet at work but I have a bad case of OCD, so that was out of the question. Instead, I decided to drive back to my place, around 45 mins away. Reached home, but as I was opening the front door, I totally lost control of my bowel movement, soiled myself badly. First time in my adult life has this ever happened. Cleaned myself up, threw away the clothes. A few days after that, felt hardening around the skin near my anus. My first thought was 'shit, don't tell me pus build-up and potential abscess '. A week later, confirmed, a lump with pus. I knew already it was perianal abscess. Went to the doctor and got it confirmed. Gave me antibiotics, but it didn't help. Long story short, after about a month, went for surgery for pus drainage and to remove the pus infected skin. The deep hole that they cut into my anus to remove the infected skin still gives me nightmares.

Surgery was in sep, expected to be fully recovered in the next two months. Come Dec, doctor felt something was wrong. There was still a cavity in the hole they cut, no new tissues buildup, plus I was consistently having yellowish discharge. Doctor did some curating in the inner lining, to stimulate tissue growth. Didn't work, cavity still there. Ding dong ding dong, at the end found out that it was a fistula, that's why not healing. The perianal abscess led to the fistula.
So went for fistulectomy on mon a few days ago, removed the entire fistula track. Now I'm sitting here in a lot of pain, just thinking and wondering if this is the end of my suffering. Somehow I feel like this is not going to end. My thought then went to that bird incident last year, now I'm starting to think it actually meant something. Maybe a sign of my impending death or something. I don't think I can take it anymore if I don't recover after this. Suicide is now becoming like a very real possibility..

Seems like big profit to be made if we sell whatever local items that we can find on speedmart, etc and sell them on international platform like eBay/Amazon. I think with those angmohs, you hike the price up X2/3 also there will be orders coming in.

Thinking of trying this, but the only thing I don't know how to go about is shipping. Like if I use DHL to ship internationally, I'm guessing it's going to be pricey, so not too sure about that.

Anybody with thoughts on this? pls feel free

I ordered Mcdelivery just now at 7.40pm and about 20mins later I get a call. The Mcdelivery rider calling me & asking if he can pray first before delivering my food. At first I was thinking about mentioning that the food will become cold & the ice cream will melt, but then I remembered that you don't mess with anyone handling your food, so I immediately said "no prob bro" . Lol 😅

This got me thinking, in this situation what would /K people do?

Anyone ever had pancreatitis?

Hi guys, couple of weeks ago I felt a sharp pain in my abdominal area radiating to the back. Went to hospital, did a CT scan & was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Got admitted and they did an endoscopy. Endoscopy came out clear, with no gallstones detected.

Stayed in hospital for 2 days while being on antibiotics and IV drip. Was feeling better and got discharged. The whole of last week from Mon till Thursday I was feeling like normal but last Friday the abdominal pain started again, up until now. Pain is even sharper today.

Wonder if anyone here ever experienced acute pancreatitis? How long did it take to get completely like normal?
I don't know if I should go to hospital again. There's no real cure for pancreatitis. The only thing they can do is hook me up to IV drips to better manage it.

Up to 4 teaspoons only it does the trick for me and keeps me awake. But dont know if safe or not do like that 😅.

Stapled haemorrhoidectomy surgery

Guys, due to a burst haemorrhoid i had last weekend, today decided to go KPJ to see colorectal surgeon. So he suggested surgery, stapled method to resolve the issue. But i see a lot of horror stories here about the stapled method.

Complications, such as impacted bowel movement, incontinence, etc. So naturally im very hesitant about going ahead with this surgery. Cause if my complication involves incontinence, i cannot function already anymore and i rather prefer to be dead. So its a big decision to make. Anyone here that went through with the stapled method can share some stories? Thanks.

Burst haemorrhoid

Hi guys,

On friday my haemorrhoid burst as i was urinating. Felt a sudden dampness on my behind, then checked and saw my underpants kena blood.

Saturday morning still got blood but not as much.
This morning also same, not much blood.
Was wondering if i need to go to hospital or i can just wait it out and let the bleeding subside completely?

Guys, anyone notice when the english league cup (mickey mouse cup) is played at the later stages, there will be situations where the next premier league match is featuring the same teams.

The latest case being the liverpool vs leicester league cup match. At that point of time, Liverpool's next premier league match was against Leeds. But the match against Leeds was cancelled and guess who they"re playing against next? Yes, Leicester! Again the same teams playing against each other subsequently!

Am i really the only one that has been noticing this?? Both teams randomly started playing in the 3rd round of the league cup and now here we are, the same fixture subsequently. Ive been noticing this so called coincidence a number of times for years but i dont see anyone talking about it. Am i seriously the only one noticing this???

Water in radiator deplete very fast

Guys, lately i notice my wira every 2 weeks need to add water in the radiator. Previously i remember can tahan up to 2 months at least.

I didnt notice any external water leak, not sure where the water going. Although there is always a bit of water leak i noticed right after driving, but ive always assumed that as normal, as its been happening like forever.

I filled up radiator fully at the start of the weekend. Not been driving this weekend. If tom radiator still full, can i say that water is most likely going to the engine while driving?
