How to renew third party motor insurance online?

I have checked out a few websites like motortakaful, autoroadtax, myeg, they simply do not offer 3rd party at all, autoroadtax told me that my vehicle too new, only 2 years. Before proceeding, I wish to know if there are any hard and fast government regulations preventing new vehicles from taking up third party insurance? If I am allowed to do so, may I know which insurance company offer online third party insurance renewal?

The reason I choose third party is 1) that the car isn't costly, I seldom travel with it, simply not worth it.

Any ad free app suitable for TV? Free local channels like 8tv ntv7 rtm 1 2 etc will do. Or there's no way besides solutions like hypptv everywhere astro go, or those m3u8?
