recently my team has new staff joining and they are in mid 20's fresh grad
so for ice breaking, chatted with them, intro job scope/culture to welcome them
some senior asked them what is their life goal for now, both answered "to gain experience, aim to buy first home" more
any advice to youngster like them to purchase first home?
I would say better focus on paying loan like ptptn and apply 1 cc but must keep good credit score

what have you been doing since then? landed new job, start own business, work part time?
those with job, do you see a crisis in ur job like possible retrenchment, paycut, company closing?

been seeing lately many ppl abusing the white flag purpose
some start asking for more demand on brand of food, items needed...quite sad to see how ppl taking advantage
actually there are many way to generate income, makcik cleaner that used to sweep floor in my condo also sell nasi lemak bungkus in mamak
the mamak boss lend her a table and she also sell kuih taken from other fren who make it...although she may not earn big but still making effort

whn ppl being nice, those get help take it for granted

edit: would rather those need help go to food bank and get whatever they need, not to demand ppl buy how many kg of raw food (chicken, beef etc)

took up a personal loan with the bank but the email doesn't look right
so I call the pic number that was given to me on the other day
luckily cross check that the email address is fake! be careful gaisss
scammers very active during this fmco compared to usual lol

been browsing on bank pages to look for some info and most of it reminding of scam
so why still got ppl fall into all the scam?? just be aware and don't simply click or reply sms by unknown number
mana tau later money less than covid cases

hello k, im not buying home but maybe looking for investment in near future
since now we are in pandemic, what need to take into consideration to purchase a home?
either is first time buyer or not, any advice?

imo i think need to prepare a huge amount of money for own savings and monthly repayment in order to able commit on this huge purchase
second, maybe consider subsales or stg below market price?
