LHDN restrict me travel abroad

Hi guys, i need advice on how to negotiate with LHDN to reduced my income tax + penalty because LHDN mentioned i owe them 65k of tax . I have not been submitting my income tax since 2017. Anyone of u have similar experiences that can share with me to lower down the tax + penalty?

I'm a newbie in property investments. I'm doing research on how to start property investment with minimum or zero money from my side from youtube. I came across this term "Wholesale" from Youtube, it's quite common in US, buying and selling properties without actually using own money. So i started research and watched alot of Youtube videos from channel such as Bigger Pockets, Wholesale Inc, Max Maxwell e.t.c.

Its a creative way of doing property investments especially for small potato like me, no background, just average Ah Beng you see on the street.

I tried their way of doing things but i have yet to find a way to do it mainly due to
- US gov has more open public information to their people, Malaysia gov still keeping alot of public info as private
- Apps in US are more canggih than Malaysia
- Malaysia Contract Law and Overseas is different (obviously)

Wanna ask seasoned property investors here, is this method applicable in Malaysia?

Any mentors wanna take apprentice here??? I'm willing to help and work for free

Your kind responses will be very much appreciated (and potentially change many people's life and family tree)
