Few months ago I upgraded to Windows 11 but then downgraded again. Now I want to upgrade to Windows 11 again but PC health said "This PC must support Secure Boot". Last time I did do something to the UEFI bios and eventually I managed to upgrade to Windows 11 but now I forgot what did I do previously so I need some guidance

I started a f&b business with my partner since july 2020 and my business have been up and down until oct 2021 the end of mco and my business have been doing well for now. Every month after deducting all cost we still can get around 8-10k each. So i planning to buy a car cost around 220k with 10% downpayment. Is it possible i am eligible to loan this amount? Last year May i just bought a house with my gf loan amount 766k already. I wanna ask here first because many sifu here can advise before i engage salesman and waste their time processing the loan for me.

Hoc stamp duty issue

Hi guys i need help on this issue.

Last year 2021 i bought a condo valued at 1.2m during HOC campaign and signed S&P on 2021 too. Govt cover 1m for me so i have to pay the excess 200k at 4% but during hoc campaign i only need to pay 3% even the condo valued over 1m but now they ask me to pay 4%.

I just want to confirm if title changing thing come out after HOC is also my fault? I have to waste 1more %

hi, i am living in a condo and my master room cant connect to unifi router so I am planning to change Deco Hc4.

question is:

1: i feel that the unifi router kinda suck sometimes cannot find 5ghz from my iphone wifi setting so can i just use deco as router and throw away unifi router then another one deco put at my master room? cause i saw from tutorial video all are connected from old router lan 1 to deco lan port so not use if can no need use unifi free router

2: if i can use deco as main router connection type just use ppoe connection? very first time changing router and scared might mess up everything and no internet use for weeks since i WFH

Anyone here invested in eToro before? If yes have you made any withdrawals before? I am about to withdraw all my capital just need some advice on which method should I withdraw, bank transfer or local online banking? I deposited with my credit card and i know my capital will go back to card but i have a few profit i think will transfer to my bank right? And how long does it take?

Few days ago I deposited into KuCoin to buy USDT and I made a few trade. Now I want to withdraw but I have no clue about it. Cause all my trade is using USDT so my profit is also in USDT if I want to withdraw to cash I need to sell off my USDT first right? Just asking if I can transfer my USDT to Remitano then sell my USDT there then only withdraw it to my bank account? I didn't use Remitano before... Hope anyone can guide me

eCCris something I don't understand

I will make this short, I applied bank loan for a new property. I checked my eCcris and see the Application for credit be like :

1st time check : Pending Acceptance by Customer

After signed snp, LO, and loan agreement it become

2nd check : Approved by FI

I already got my SNP from lawyer side and done all those valuation thing now what left is bank to sign loan agreement and pass back to lawyer side for stamping and all done. But today when I check my eccris it become

3rd check : Pending Acceptance by Customer again..

Is my part I need to do something or just system glitched? I don't think I have anything else to do in my part or maybe something I am not aware of?

And last thing, since the last step is waiting bank to sign loan agreement and stamping. anyone know roughly how long I have to wait? I am quite rush to get key but have to wait for bank DD. I asked the salesman but he said bank part we cant rush them only can rush valuation and lawyer side which everything is completed

Hi guys, I have this issue since I bought this PC on Feb 2020 but I ignored till now as it didn't cause me any trouble except self restart.

This thing appear when I turn on the PC after the loading screen or sometimes after at desktop screen or again sometimes using half way.

I googled and tried many method but still not fixed till today I tried to contact the shop where I bought this PC which I still waiting for them to reply but their shop is too far so I would like to ask if anyone here know how to fix this issue.

PS : This PC is build by the shop according my budget, just wonder if there is something wrong with the parts

How long for bank to release money to dev?

Hi guys, this is my first time buying a house and I would like to ask about the process

So after viewing the unit I have signed a form from the developer after that I apply loan.

My loan is approved and signed offer letter and going to sign S&P and loan agreement on this coming Tuesday

I am quite rush to get key because my current place that I am staying is going to rent to other people.

My agent told me that after sign S&P and loan agreement I have to wait for the valuation people to inspect the house and pay valuation fee then process stamping

After stamping then wait for bank to release money to dev only can get key

Oh and yes the condo is done built since 2019

So may I know how long will it take from S&P, inspection, stamping for the bank to release the money? Agent told me 1-3 months to get key. Is the process to get usually take this long time?

And last question, can I withdraw EPF account 2 ? I didn't pay any down payment as I do full loan

E-Pay Razer Pin Issue

Hi guys I would like to ask and see if anyone bought Razer Pin from E-Pay before?

Yesterday I bought 6 Razer Pin from E-Pay using GrabPay and everything is smooth until one of the PIN failed to reload on Razer website.
I tried contacted Razer and they told me the pin is USED but not used on my account and they ask me to contact authorities for this matter.
I tried contacted E-Pay side too and they told me they need time to check and see if it system issue so I have to wait 2-3 days

Anyone has this problem before? How come Pin can be used by other people? Or is it because of the timing same time purchase then system give 2 people the same pin?
What if E-Pay side can't help saying that Pin already used? Do I have to lose the money?
