had chat with fren that recently earned from his investment so he is interested to buy a unit
either own stay or investment is fine for him...he asked us how he can save more for his first property
of course suggested hoc and tell him to survey about it...wonder how many of us take the benefit/advantage of hoc

since now wfh, been spending more time at home with fam and more time to take care of house chores
due to pandemic, everyone been more alert about hygiene...recently, see that there is some weird smell coming from furniture
at first thought maybe kids pour liquid on it but even after cleaning seems the smell remain esp in the living room
anyway to deal with it?

not inheritance from your parents or grandparents (i know k has lots inheritance)
from your work, investment, side income all included

hi guys, my grandma in her 80's is soon to take first jab in mid july for AZ
but since many ppl take AZ will have quite some side effects such as fever etc so my fam afraid she can't tahan the side effect since old
one of my cousin suggested to cancel the AZ appointment and take Sinovac instead cz less severe side effect...but Sinovac has lower efficacy rate right?

today receive these 2 phone numbers claiming call from bank for personal loan application

at first, I picked up in case call from delivery guy but end up saying called from some bank
hung up saying busy, in meeting...thn later 2 hours used another number to call me cz blocked his first number
reject said im really not interested, but he asked in a rude way "wah so rich but got cc debt, nx time no such rate offered, don't regret" and hung me up
bank staff but attitude.... hahaha confirm scammer!

so what you did back in your time to earn extra money?

now Intimate feel comfortable and not bad...tried Kotex extra long for night time and good for sleeping time
