TM Contractor refused to proceed with installation

Recently I apply for Digi Fiber 90,
then the day came for installation.

The digi agent was on time but we both have to wait for the TM contractors who were late for about 2 hours.

1. Digi fiber stated that from DP box to BTU (house) they are giving 100m free. My place is 151m from the DP box, therefore extra 51m & the contractors quoted rm180 (the line will go from pole to pole)
I think is kinda expensive or am I wrong?

2. They also told me that this tree is between two poles, its difficult for them to do, therefore they don't wanna proceed (picture below).

The thing is, my three neighbours just installed their unifi 1-3 months ago & their fiber lines kinda passing the side of trees.

Is there such cases where there is a tree or branches in between poles, contractors will refuse to install?

In the end, I re-arrange for another date & not sure what the next random tm contractors will do

Infrared Gas Stove

Hi, anyone has been using infrared gas stove for a period of time?

I am looking at swiss thomas infrared gas stove. They only promote the pros.
I would like to know the cons from any long time users here thank you.

This I would like to know especially:
How long does the ceramic mesh plate last if I cook quite often (say I cook for dinner almost every day)?
I have read online that the ceramic mesh plate can only last for 1-2 years
