Acer Aspire 14 Mic

I have a acer aspire that is unable to pickup voice and only able to blare loud static even if using a different mic.

I have tried disabling,enabling,switching,reinstalling and fully cleaning the drivers but no difference.

I have also tried using a external USB soundcard but there is still static noise and not picking up voice.

Voice test comes at 0% detected.

I am at a loss since i've tried fixing the software and hardware but still the same.

Help! Maxsun GTX1060 6GB no display/BSOD

Purchased a Maxsun GTX1060 6GB variant

Upon turning on my pc...monitor no signal for about 30-40seconds..then got signal but black
So upon multiple hours of troubleshooting,

Using iGPU try to boot to windows, BSOD
Boot to safemode using iGPU
Pc able to detect gpu and able to install drivers
Try to boot into normal windows , BSOD
Auto-reboot BSOD again
PC go to troubleshooting mode..run win 10 repairs...able to boot into normal windows
GPU still detected but error Code 31 (The device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for the device)
Wait 30-60sec for win 10 to get drivers, BSOD again (STOP CODE: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED, What failed : nvlddmkm.sys)

Still using iGPU btw

Want to know if got any fix, or patcher?

Picked up a Sapphire R9 290 Tri X

Didn't inspect properly when testing it, ran a few benchmarks and passed with no prob..
So paid the seller

Just realised the middle fan not spinning
Tested it under heavy load still not spinning even 75c
So you might say I just need to replace the fan

Read a few articles about it and seems it isnt the fan but the pwm controller which is a path im too confused to follow
Can't even seem to find original fans for it
Kinda stuck with what might just be a expensive paperweight...

Seller asked to add pics of packaging to claim with Shopee but no option to edit the dispute

So is it okay for me to cancel the dispute and open another one.

2. How should I attract people to my business

3. What and how would you categorize a strategic location for a refurbishing business (For walk-in customers)
