AMD for Python?

Are there any limitations to coding with Python on an AMD Ryzen APU?

I am using Spyder IDE. I am pretty fresh, at the moment I have not encountered any libraries that would only work with Intel. However googling on this I found that MKL is optimized to run for Intel, but there are ways to work around this.

Are there anything else I should be aware off before moving to AMD?
