Edwincwk Audiophiles Wed, 02 Dec 2020 10:05:03 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5064152 I am about to purchase my very first &quot;audiophile&quot; headphone in the form of an M40x from Audio Technica. <br />I have done some research on the Internet and so far what I know is that the stock pads and cable that comes with it is not great.<br /><br />There are many articles/yt videos recommending angled sheep skin pads by Brainwavz and ngl it looks great but is it worth it for that price?<br />There are similar looking pads on Lazada/Shopee selling for RM20+. My wallet wants me to cheap out on those if the expensive pair of pads are just another audiophile gimmick.<br /><br />As for cables I can&#39;t find any good looking ones, it&#39;s always that 1 or 2 cable everytime I look for it online.
