Bad Experience with Panasonic AC

My brand new AC stop working after 6 hours installed.
Pana tech came and said the problem was with the motor fan. They replaced the motor fan. During the replacement, I noticed they also took out the motherboard and changed it without my permission says it comes together in one set.
I am not satisfied and wanted to get a new unit from pana.
I've sent dispute to bank. And also writing to customer tribunal.

How high is my chances to get a new replacement? Even better a full refund.

Anyone experienced this before?
