Do not trust this guy ! Damn faker ! But your own actions make it look like you're a conman. He's like an agent for student introducer- can apply college through him...First of all, he passed application forms to my bf. So that we could give to our friends ! It's in photostated version and he said the colleges would accept that. My friend wanted to apply to Taylor's, so I gave her the form ! She filled it up and as required by the college, she even gave her passport size photo ! Then we passed back the form to Jeff and he said within a week, she would get an offer letter By Taylor's. It's been a month now and my friend tells me that she didn't receive any letter at all ! She even called Taylor's and they said SHE ISN'T REGISTERED YET So her parents was kinda pissed, they don't mind bringing her to apply again but they wanted THE FORMS BACK because there's personal details inside like house address and so on + her picture! So we tried to call jeff and told him about the situation and we told him to get back the form A.S.A.P. because the parents are pissed. He said ok and that he would meet us at One Utama. He didn't specify the time ( suspicious ) and of course he didn't turn up. =.= We called him the whole day and he did NOT PICK up his phone ! ( that was yesterday ).... Today we tried again, and HE DID pick up but pretended that the line was not clear and hung up ! Called him again and he got a girl to answer the phone....and faking it with some kind of "wrong number" act! It's just a form, if he's really not up to SOMETHING, he wouldnt even avoid us this way! I SUSPECT HE'S SOME SORT OF CON MAN.... !!
JEFF IF YOU'RE IN NO WRONG, PLS CLARIFY THIS

Should I report this to the police ? He's holding on to my friend's personal information that he DOES NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO HAVE !!! Seriously, other than this way, I don't know how to help my friend. Her parents would be mad and they themselves could report the police on this matter.
