Transfer photo from windows to ios14

Any 3rd party windows app recommend to transfer large batch of photo and videos to iPhone on ios14? Found icloud too slow since have to upload to icloud and download it back to the phone. And photo sync over itunes have some limitations on the file management.

Is there any way we can transfer photo between IOS 14 and Windows without going through the hassle of uploading and downloading it from cloud? not a very convenient way of transferring bulk photo & video files through cloud.

IOS 14 allows select all in the photo album feature when trying to upload photo to Google Drive , but select all to upload to Dropbox is not available.
in terms of exporting, on both IOS Google Drive and Dropbox app, dont have the select all button to export bulk photo/files to iphone as well....

been looking for ways to transfer about 20GB photos and video into my iphone but unable to find the best solution.

Do know that there are some 3rd partner software out there that able to do so, dont mind paying but have concern on the security. any suggestion here?

was quite challenging for me upload and download 8000++ photo from icloud.... not sure is it just my bad luck, the process tend to fail if I select more than 500 files at the same time to be uploaded to icloud on my PC. tested most stable is to select only around 500 files, but that would mean i have to repeat the selection process and upload for 16 times.....

any suggestion which platform is safest to sell of high value digital gadget such as iphone 12 mini black 256GB? found the screen a bit small despite used to iphone 6 user (smaller screen) and would like to get some cash back so I can upgrade to iphone 12 tried asking around friends & social media unable to found a buyer yet. Unfortunately seems like hard to find buyer for opened iphone 12 mini despite can offer cheaper price. sadly there's no 14 days return policy like Apple in US or China for Malaysia

considering carousell/ FB marketplace but a bit scare to sell to strangers due to personal safety concern & worry on the payment dispute.

any sifu here who have experience in selling off high value items?

2020 special tax relief

Anyone know more details on the Special Tax Relief which is in addition to the existing “lifestyle relief” of MYR 2,500. seems like can get extra RM2,500 tax relief for the purchase of a handphone, notebook, or tablet from 1 June 2020 to 31 December 2020.

Does this mean if buy a new phone worth RM5000 between this period, can get full amount for tax relief (RM2500 under lifestyle, RM2500 under special tax relief)?
