Just looking for options in Subang Jaya. (May be for own stay or to rent out.)
I Know its expensive. I am not looking for 2 or 3 rooms.

Looking for a small studio for monthly around RM 800/month maximum may be. ( Even if cant rent out, can afford la )

Reduce Personal Loan Interest

I have a personal loan around 19000RM in RHB Bank. Current Interest rate is 21% p.a paying around 700/month.

Is there any way to reduce the interest rate or any other option so that I can pay less.

Got an option from bank to pay 350 RM per month for 10 years totals to ~ 40000RM , which looks like a debt trap for me :huhu:

Yesterday went to an agent for tropicana Aman 1 and I gave the booking fee. At first it looks tempting when I heard about cashback.

So, Agent gave me this price for 850Sqft, Kota Kemuning. Bare unit.. Not even a light. huhu

SPA : 485800
Dev Disc 15 % : 72870
Bhumi Disc 7% : 34006

Total :378,994

So, she was mainly focusing on cashback. we didnt think much.. ..

When I reached home, . I found something.

Loan amount will be 485800. I will get cashback from MY LOAN and I need to PAY the LOAN(including cash back) for the next 35 YEARS. Well, we won't get a loan for that amount though ..

So, without any so-called discount or rebate or cashback. Is 378994 is ok for Tropicana Aman 1 - 850 sqft - bare unit.

And I don't believe they will give ~100K Cashback ... It's just they increased the price. Then gave few rebates to attract people. (Just I think so)

At first, she played with our minds and I thought I get cashback from 378994. But it is not.

So, what you guys think .. .

This is under my budget (220,000). I think this is under Ruma selangorku project.

HI guys ,

I am looking for an affordable Landed home mostly around ~ 300k - 370K .

Found some at Kapar. But I am not sure about the locality ... Is it a good idea to have a home there ?.

Or there any other affordable options. Max 1 hr near to KL, Cyberjaya, Subangjaya.

Already fedup with some Sendayan FB agents. they post 300k homes in puchong, pj, cj etc and when we call they show homes in sendayan.
