Hi all gurus...

i do check my ctos score once every 3 months from last year Feb.
and i notice my score is below satisfaction despite i do not own any loan for years. I do not own even phone bill.
I did have car loan in the past but ive cleared it by mid 2023.
the score do not increase for 6 months.

Any master can share how it works?
Looking to get housing loan, scare it will affect my interest rate.

I want to get my first credit card now, but not sure how.
As I'm working in SG and seldom (once every 4-5 months) going back Malaysia / JB.

May all gurus enlighten me how to for working oversea to apply and which bank give fastest approval?

- I do not have EPF record in MY
- First timer
- Looking for points rewards / travel rewards

Is it too late for diploma in early 30's

As from the title and I'm entering my 30's this year and start having thought of getting my diploma and further degree now.
I passed my SPM decade back and then been working since.
Currently working in SG under logistic operation & customer exe (nvocc, forwarding) sector.

Been looking for any online course for a while and truly interested in diploma in BA.
Still, is it too late to enroll into it?

Having dilema think that i would finish my degree when i reach late 30's.

Hi all, recently I moved to new place and sadly the area did not covered by TM and management only say these 2 service the only available in the area.
Can all gurus recommend?

called to ViewQwest for information. they sound quite good with no upfront and 1st bill will only shows for monthly payment without any installation fee. but need to wait for 1 week for arrangement.
