Hardisk Problem pls help

situation
-slow speed in transferring files
-slow speed in reading files
-hardisk was sometimes "removed" or freeze from My Computer.have to shutdown and restart to enable access to it

-delete all partition,reformatted,and create new partition=same result (C8) Write Error Rate Failed still there

here how it is
normally any system wth 8800gt gc do well in playing heavy games in full setting..so do mine..got no problem playing offline games..but when comes to online it didnt even last an hour of playing and suddenly screen gone blank and no sign of rebooting or hanging or shutting down..i've try some troubleshooting as mention below

1:change reso@lower setting..didnt help
2:change display from 19' lcd to 17" crt..didnt help
3:swap gc 8800gt with 7900gs..my system+7900gs+lcd=no problem at all(and i thot my gc rosak already). on my friend system+8800gt+crt=also no
problem..both can play for hours..so i thot my mobo is not cmpitable wth 8800gt..then
4:i swap my mobo wth my friend..his mobo+my gc+lcd...my mobo+his gc+crt..he got no problem at all playing for hours but mine still gone blank..so
my mobo is ok

so i dunno wht else to do..really dont understand why heavy offline games can played for hours but light online games cannot..

just got this tower from fren..but cant find any mounting holes near cpu..im using k7 triton ga7n400 mobo..it said to be compitable with k7 board..any suggestions@ideas?
