Questions regarding immunotherapy

Hi all, my father was diagnosed with palate cancer 2 years ago and got his palate removed through a surgery. Until recently, he felt pain near his right eye so we got him checked. After MRI scan, it appears theres a 5cm tumor thats under the optic nerve of his right eye. So right now our oncology doctor suggest my father for a chemotherapy + immunotherapy treatment, then finish with 30 times of radiotherapy.

My question to u all is, is anyone experienced with immunotherapy that can suggest us hospital/medical clinics that provide immunotherapy at reasonable price? The oncology doctor said each injection for immunotherapy is RM18,000, and it is a 3 week per injection treatment and hoping us to continue immunotherapy for at least 2 years. Since immunotherapy is a long term treatment, we cant afford RM18,000 per 3 week, it's quite unbearable if it has to go more than 2 years.

Any answers are welcomed, pls do pm me, thank you.

sorry im new in this forum, if this post is in the sub-forum please tell me

More info:
1)Doctor says the tumor is a recurrence of Squamous cancer
2)We're self paying for medical fees, we don't have insurance cover.
