Details of the complaint :
declare selling ORIGINAL set but give me AP set
after few days, i install GPS software and realize that GPS not working, so i sms and ask him, he ask me to take warranty card go to service/repair shop
so i go there but the WAP phone shop don't want accept the phone because warranty card don't have seller stamp.
when i ask him how to settle, he just silent, then i ask him receipt he buy the phone so i can go there and ask they stamp the warranty card but he said he will find the receipt
until now when i sms asking he just silent. i already sms him last nite will raise this issue in LYN but he still don't bother to reply me.
p/s: buy this AP set 2nd hand, no warranty, GPS not working with same price phone shop selling NEW AP set with lots of free gift, very sad

hi.....i need some help here
i have vaio sz18gp, bought 4 years ago from someone on mudah.
last week i format and re install every thing but my biometric fingerprint program cannot start
the error message is please enable your TPM setting in BIOS but previous owner put password on bios
try to contact him but the number already use by someone else...
please guys, how to solved this, when google, most of idea is remove the bios battery but i dont know to do it
any other way?

i got problem with my samsung waveII S8530
i just register new prepaid X pack but already 2 day i still cannot make any call
already call helps line using friend phone, no problem with my sim/line they said.
already try using same sim card with other phone, work just fine, call and sms
something wrong with my phone or have to setup something?
when i put my digi sim and maxis, work just fine.helps me please....

but lately when i on my router it cannot connect with my digi broadband
try wait it connect till 4-5 hours, still blinking only
when i use the usb modem direct to my laptop, can connect without any problem

hi all
me again....
i have 1Tera maxtor external harddrive.
the problem is i tried connect more than 5 pc's but still cannot
detect...
i also hear sound 'kting' zzzzzz 'kting'
i bring it to shop then the only way is replace 1 to 1 becoz still under waranty
but i dont want to replace, i want to take back all my files first
and the files is around 700Gig

after that i uninstall the partition magic still cannot see d:recovery at my computer
then i try to restore still got same problem...

after i format i download all the driver from e-support sonyasia web
the thing is not function is:
1. Fn key
2. Fingerprint scanner

can anyone teach me how to do it??
already install all driver but still Fn key not function

do i need any software for fingerprint scanner or just install the driver??

i have maxtor external hdd 3.5" 1 Tera
i'm very sad just now coz all my anime and tv series all gone
when i scan for virus before only found confiker/downadup
but alreday remove and then try recover using recovery angel software
but all the data recover cannot play, corrupt...
i just want to know if you all have or know any software that can repair it

just asking becoz i'm nat expert in computer , just know to save and play movie

when connect to usb, windows detect the hdd but i cannot see the drive in my computer.
