With super tight budget around RM400K. <br />Any suggestion??<br /><br />Personally i know with that cheap budget, it&#39;s quite difficult for me to get 1 with that preferences. But due to current pandemic + slow economic growing, i heard most dev has come with abundant promo, rebate, etc which eventually will bring down the initial price.<br /><br />Do u think now is a good time to grab 1? or should i wait until Q1 next year for more attractive options? By that time probably lot of oversupply unit from secondary market (subsale &amp; lelong) and literally it will push down a primary market.<br /><br />What say you?<br /><br />Btw, how do i know if any future project/development to take place in a specific area? Visited MH Platinium Residence 2 yesterday. I think with my ciput budget, that could be added into my shortlisted property.<br /><br />Thinking to take the D unit which is 857sf with dual key concept amounting of RM 442k before discount, rebate etc. Perhaps i can rent out another 1 since the master bedroom is separated from the unit.<br /><br />Do u think this area will boom in the next 4-5 years upon completion? is this worth for investment?<br /><br />Considering of cramp traffic of the main access there.
