            <title>Any apartment/condo with 800sf for RM400k in KL?</title>

            <description>&lt;br /&gt;Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im looking for a cheap condo/apartment for investment in KL with 800++sf as my 1st home. With super tight budget around RM400K. &lt;br /&gt;Any suggestion??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Personally i know with that cheap budget, it&amp;#39;s quite difficult for me to get 1 with that preferences. But due to current pandemic + slow economic growing, i heard most dev has come with abundant promo, rebate, etc which eventually will bring down the initial price.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do u think now is a good time to grab 1? or should i wait until Q1 next year for more attractive options? By that time probably lot of oversupply unit from secondary market (subsale &amp;amp; lelong) and literally it will push down a primary market.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What say you?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Btw, how do i know if any future project/development to take place in a specific area?             <title>Any RM400 &amp;amp; below condo in setapak for investment?</title>

            <description>&lt;br /&gt;Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I plan to buy 1 property in Setapak nearby area. Visited MH Platinium Residence 2 yesterday. I think with my ciput budget, that could be added into my shortlisted property.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thinking to take the D unit which is 857sf with dual key concept amounting of RM 442k before discount, rebate etc. Perhaps i can rent out another 1 since the master bedroom is separated from the unit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do u think this area will boom in the next 4-5 years upon completion? is this worth for investment?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Considering of cramp traffic of the main access there. Plus rumahwip Skyawani 3&amp;amp;4, and PPR there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pls share your thought.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks&amp;#33;</description>
