Wanted to know is there any way or any mortgage out there can support the scenario below:

I owned a house, let say worth RM500k with no outstanding loan, then I wanted to buy a house with 1.1M, I will fork up the 10% downpayment and let say I going to loan for 1M which roughly 5k repayment for 30 years.

The question is, I plan to sell the old house and dump the money into the loan in order to reduce the monthly repayment to 2.5k permonth.

just wondering what are the options or good way of doing this?

looking for expert or someone experienced it before to share their thought.
