Shops selling running shoes + consultation

I love running-starting from 4 years ago running using futsal shoes (yeah it sucks,but was still a student then),
then I changed to nike + air pegasus 24 (if im not mistaken,first air pegasus with nike + insole).Had a great experience with it,at the end of its life,we went through 1032km together

Then i changed to nike free 5.0 and adidas supernova 7,not so great though-started to feel pain especially at both anterior (front) aspect of the shins plus sometimes arch and dorsal part of feet.So i went back to nike,air pegasus 24 is out of season and currently in store are pegasus 25 and 26 (i bought pegasus 25).But to my disappointment i still feel the pain and now,every jogging session is a nightmare to me

Used to read alot about running shoes (type of arch,type of gait bla3) and purchasing shoes based on that but still with the same problem,plus so hard to find a shop which hire a worker which is an expert in this matter
(same old case with "buy this la..this is good..so soft)

So came here,hoping some sifus to help me with this plus any recommendation of the shops which
provide consultation on this matter

im about to buy this product
but then just realised it has gelatin as one of its ingredients

Treatment for Male Pattern Baldness

I have a condition called Male Pattern Baldness
Been to yun nam once..sure they want to cheat our money only

so I did lots and lots of reading and actually found that this COMMON hair problems is caused
by hormon called DHT (dihydrotestosterone)

Latest article that I read in mens health magazine stated that 3 main treatments for this
problem,that is minoxidil (anti-hypertensive drug),finasteride(anti-DHT,generic name is propecia) and last
one is laser treatment.

So..any of u guys out there have tried any of this treament?
please share with us your review about the efficacy,cost and side effect of the treatment..and yeah where to
get it from also..

minor problem of my 2G nano

Encountered this problem yesterday..my 2G nano's menu button is not functioning
properly (press it,and it will function just like centre button)

All other functions are normal,can connect to iTunes,can recharge..even nike+ipod kit
function poperly..

Warranty is none already..can I fix this by my own?
