Been selected for MSS, any tips?

The whole department have been selected for Mutual Separation Scheme as the company downsizes due to running out of funds (Startups).
Problem is, they only let me know yesterday that next week 31st is the last day.
I have no qualms about leaving because it's expected of startups but it's very last minute and they would have known this was coming by late January that they were running out of funds.
Benefit that they offered is half a month's salary for next month only.

But my dilemma is whether I should still give my full attention to the job until next week.
Sure, I should take pride in my work, especially when it's customer facing but do I owe the company that much considering the benefit that I am getting is peanuts?
