my options after finishing foundation?

You can skip this part, its a vent
im finishing my foundation soon in MMU cyberjaya, and i gotta say it wasnt the best experience. they said there were gonna be physical classes, spended alot of money on hostel fees just to end up attending online classes at my humid hostel room (im glad it was like this actually, because it is a 20 minute walk from my hostel room to the classroom, but even better would be learning at my own home from a far away province since it was all online anyway?) , wifi not stable enough to play games. so its best if i do my bachelors at a different uni, because i dont think i can tolerate spending 20 minutes to walk to the classroom from my hostel room everytime.

anyway, im finishing my foundation in IT soon, im planning to take bachelors in software engineering, any chance of me getting into any public universities? as long the uni isnt as expensive as monash then i can consider it, and i should also be able to find a job after graduating (Some uni graduates are blacklisted by employers?)
Am I safe? (shoppee scam on whatsapp?)

i know it is very obvious might be a scam, but i wanted to see where it would go and was cautious not to give important info, so a random number messaged me saying if i wanna work for shoppee, then lead me to another shoppee guy, and he said have six tasks, and rm 3 for each, i had to like 6 items on random shoppee stores, he said their job was to help the merchants, then after i finished, he asked for my name, age, job, and the bank acc for them to transfer the money to. i filled it in , because i dont think i clicked any suspicious links and this information is probably already on the internet (facebook), and i have given ppl my bank acc before to transfer money to, so i m not sure im safe or not right now

Job postings in Facebook groups all scams?

I am not sure if they are scams or not, but there is alot where they just ask you to fill in or do something simple and say they going to pay you rm3000+, some even claim to pay you rm 2000 per week depending on performance
