Hello,

I have an interview coming up soon. This company is a MNC but i will be working in KL and occasionally I need to travel to SG.

My concern is although this company has an office in Malaysia but it only has few technical staff.
Meaning that typical corporate functions such as HR, IT, Finance are located in different region.

Some of the questions on my mind right now:-

1) How are they going to pay me? Through local partner? Outsource payroll to third party? Paypal?
2) How about Socso, EPF contribution?

I don't know anyone with similar experience and this is my first time trying to work with MNC company so I would really appreciate if you guys could suggest/advice any other questions that I should ask especially in relation to taxes.

**FYI I can function independently and the rest of the benefits are not bad. Currently looking forward to step out from my comfort zone and learn something new from someone with different backgrounds.
