Unable to activate Registration key.

Hello everyone, I'm currently in Selangor and wanted to play FF14 online after seeing all the reviews for this game, and I'm also in need of a new mmo. So I bought a complete Edition EU key together with my friend but I cant even use the key as I get the error I2105 Unable to use this function, I contacted the key seller and they said that Its a problem with the account and not the key. I sent a couple tickets to SE Mogstation but they still havent got to me. My Mogstation Account is registered in the EU, I have no VPN's on and disabled all my adblock and extensions, even tried using my mobile data and incognito mode, but I still get the same error.

Next I tried using a vpn and making a new SE Account, but with this I cant even get pass the registration site (Incognito) as I get the same error, this is probably due to SE being strict to Vpn usage.

My friend also got the same issue and such who is also here in Malaysia, so I thought this could be a location problem or something.

Anyone can give any help? Or maybe help me make an account to register my code. I'm really desperate to play this game
