            <title>Galaxy Samsung S9+ Ringtone volume is stuck on off</title>

            <description>I hope this is something easy, but I see a speaker with a slash through it under Settings&amp;gt;Sounds and Vibration&amp;gt;Volume&amp;gt;Ringtone, and it doesn&amp;#39;t alter when I tap it. I don&amp;#39;t have any ringtones as a result. The sound is on in the Fast Settings. Vibration works all right. What did I do to cause this?</description>
