Cannot change delivery address Shopee

I've recently bought an item and I accidentally used wrong shipping address. However since I used free shipping voucher, shipping address can't be changed. Although the item hasn't been shipped out, unfortunately the item is under outbound status as the seller has fulfilled the order so I can't cancel the order despite requesting for cancellation. Now what should I do? Can I somehow make the delivery ship out to different address in other way? Sorry if this question isn't in the right forum.

Is it fine if a normal HDD usage has this spikes?

My laptop sometimes stutters while watching youtube or playing games. Its just recently been happening so I thought I'd monitor my system usage if there's anything wrong. I'm not a tech savvy so I don't know much about computers. CPU usage looking fine as well as GPU, memory and my SSD which my system runs on. I have an internal HDD (partitioned to Disk D and E) that has this spikes of usage which I'm a bit concern since the disk has only games on it, nothing else so if I'm not running any game, why would it spike like this causing my laptop to stutter and lag? Any idea how to fix it? I have Steam games with 200gb in it I don't wanna try to format and have to redownload my whole library again. What I notice is when it spikes up to 100%, the laptop lags and since my system runs on my C drive (SSD) how can a huge disk D usage(which is kinda ridiculous when nothing on the drive is running or opened) can cause this issue?
