For me:

Under Con:

Pros:
-lower entry cost as most of the project developer offer around 10% discount
-free legal fees & some offer free MOT

Cons:
-now buy at future price (developer's projection / future price for next 4-5 years)
-refinance value really kenot, only can refinance after VP (at least 2-3 years)
-agent (con man) will run away & cant find someone to follow up

Sub Sales:

Pros:
-mature market & stable market value, better ROI projection
-below market value (maybe?)
-you can survey & compare the neighbour hood, even be aware about your next door neighbour (ha, very important ha)
-sometime you can do "cash out" for business purpose

Cons:
-gonna ready a lump sum money for deposit, legal fees, MOT & etc (unless opt for zero moving cost package)
-renovation needed as the property age might be older than you

Auction:

Pros:
-real below market value, can go until 30%-50% BMV
-can get really good deal, better than other market

Usually where you guys get your macbook ya?

I'm Harvey Norman loyal customer as they offer max 5 years protection and 100% credit back if product faulty during the warranty and coverage.
(Back then i claimed 1.2k for my phone which just pass normal 1 year warranty & the entire mother board was burned, lol)

However, the PIC that I deal with are not longer with HN and I'm bit dilemma

Checked with both Sunway Pyramid & Velocity HN, they're not accept Sunway Pals, left only Paradigm Mall that offer WCT (really useless points & app).

QS1:
Is that normal apple care able to cover 1 to 1 exchange? (sorry, never purchase the protection plan before except HN's in house plan)

QS2:
Which shopping mall offer the best points? (like sunway pals), as i prefer walk in instead of online delivery.

QS3:
I'm middle of choosing between new set M2 Pro 16gb ram, 256gb ssd (RM6499) and refurbished/2nd hand M1 same 16gb ram pro (below rm3,800) as i really hate the touch bar.
Normally I use for light video editing (for my own social media page), long hours carrying in and out for presentation, basic docs editing (more to docs type, pdf, excel). At first I opt for macbook air but my friend advice to go for pro cuz have extra fan (lol). Currently I'm window user but all my gadgets are apple (watch, phone & ipad), thinking to invest in cloud instead of google drive as company give free storage.

Full time worker now, but i want to pursue another degree at UTAR by Jan 2022 and cost about rm43k.

As full time student, i will lost my income and now my saving is enough to cover my cost of living but not all rm43k.

Any study loan available? PTPTN for 1st degree only while i wish to not touch on my epf.

Hi, sifu can advice WFH monitor?

Budget below RM700, and I wish to have bigger screen cuz always looking at reports & excel.
My current Samsung 20" monitor seems insufficient to cater for my daily needs (really need dual screen) right now, but will keep it as 2nd monitor.

Prefer to have IPS & Display Port (at least can last long for extra 3 years ++, not so outdated la).

p/s: ideally i wish to get 21:9 but FMCO limited cash on hand, so have to wait & update later on.

Out of topic, any recommendation of mechanical keyboard, I'm looking to have MK with red switch (not cherry also ok la), budget around rm300++.
Always shifting between 2 laptops + 2 phones, looking for something like IKBC W210, but need hot-swappable, bluetooth & PBT cap.
