Considering buying 2nd hand htc touch 3g@ Nk X3

Good day to all member LYN,

I need your suggestion upon these 2 device.I never try use window mobile before,so this is my first time using the interface.Somebody offer me HTC touch 3G second hand,and giving away along with the charger only for RM450.How to check or verify whether this set is a good&reliable set to buy?anybody got any experience on buying 2nd hand phone?what should i check & should i know before confirming any deal?

Second option was nokia X3,a brand new of course.So there's nothing to worry since it comes with warranty,as well as charger,box,etc.

These 2 device cost me the same.Any ideas guys/gals?

P/s:
Since i use nokia for so many years,just decide to try windows mobile.So i am more intrested to that HTC.

Hi lyn members,

I want to ask regarding the broadband.I bought a modem last year and registered in under Celcom broadband.
But due to unsatisfy speed,i have cancel the package and planning to switch to maxis broadband.
The problem is,i still had the modem which i believe it is posibble to be used for maxis broadband.
So what i think,i may no need to purchasing maxis broadband and its modem together.

Is that modem possible to be used for maxis broadband?

I am having problem with my laptop lcd.There's a black spot on upper right angle of the Screen.I suspect it LCD problem.

I am planning to buy a laptop soon and i need a suggestion from you all on which laptop is the best in performance,design and quality(Which mean no complain or problem so far) in the market at the moment and my budget is RM1800 below.

Any suggestion?I havent made up my mind on which laptop that i prefer actually.Please leave your comment,suggestion&review which based on your experience.

Hi all,

I have problem with my pc.Its a acer,which run on intel celeron..
I didnt use it for more than 2 years in the box because i using my laptop&netbook.
Now i want to use it back again.But after connecting all the wires,i press the on button on the cpu,nothing happen.Anybody know?
Is it because of the battery on the motherboard?or power supply problem?Any ideas?
Please share since im not very good in this pc thingy.Thanks.

I post this topic to ask about telco's provider in Malaysia.My question is:

1.Different company(Service provider) using the same frequency that is 900Mhz,how they know and charge their customer whether using
Digi,maxis or celcom since nowadays most people are switching their provider but remaining their numbers?
2.Do the antenna their using are similar even their are different provider?(Are they sharing or they have their own antenna?)

Im planning to buy a mini netbook soon.I have been surfing to most of the post but some are outdated as i need the latest about these stuff.So i decided to make a post here.

I planning to use it just to settling my uni assigment.Can say i just use it for non-heavy stuff.But i want to highlight few things that i need:

Price range:
Rm1000-Rm1400

Requirement:
-250GB HDD.
-battery up to 5 hours(with all application on:eg winamp,etc).
-1gb or higher RAM.
-Loud build in sound system.
-Build in wireless.
-Available spare part as if it break down.

*I dont really know much about this mini netbook so i need comment ad ideas from you all.
*Please recoment where i can get it?(any recommended dealers from LYN?)

Hi all LYN forumers,

I was planning to buy a Nokia 5800 soon.Im still surveying and making comparison of which many of the trader offer me different price for AP and Ori.Yes for sure there's a gap between those two and im still deciding to choose which one.

Somebody offer me the cheapest price of AP set is RM980 and the highest is RM1050,and as for ori set,which is Avaxx or zitron i got an offer of RM1100 as a starter and above.Do original and AP come with the price as i stated?and do recomend any shop that is trustworthy.Please leave your comment.Thanks:)

P/S:
Whats the different in AP sets?Different supplier had different price?and which AP is the best?Kindly leave your opinion here.TQ:)

I was planning to buy a pda:dopod&O2 brand.Had change my mind to buy a pda instead of mobile phone.Today i went to the a handphone shop,in my place,went for a phone repair.While waiting,I saw a pda,dopod and O2(i dunno wat model because im not familiar with this things)..
I never try it before but want to get one.The price of this 2 PDA are below MYR1000.Is it ori?or recon?first or second hand?(the tauke say it first hand but i dunno how true it is)..what other features that differenciate it from a mobile phone(i mean those N series & other brand)? my first time actually plan to get a PDA.Guys,pls help..

(i) I want to ask you guys about mobile anti-virus.What is the best anti-virus for mobile to make it secure?how to get one?or any free anti virus offered throught the web?

(ii)If i link my phone to the laptop(because im using digi broadband)through usb cable,is it vulnabrable to infected by virus of any other spyware?
