Digi charging extra when switching on FaceTime

My friend has an iPhone 4,me and him wanted to try out the FaceTime function on the iPhone 4,but he told me that when he switch on the FaceTime,the bill payment for the month indicates extra charges. I asked him what did they type on the description,he said he had no idea because his mom was the one who told him that digi was charging extra and when he switch off the FaceTime,he didn't even hear any word from his mother about digi charging him extra...is this really true?

Well,I am going to buy a new PC about RM 2800-RM3200
So I need some suggestion from u guys

1. Which is processor is best for gaming,AMD or Intel?
2. Which graphic cards is also best for gaming? (or fits well with the processor that u mention above)
3. Which motherboard manufactur is the best? (Like Asus,Intel,Gigabyte and many more)
4. Which RAM manufactur is the best?
5. How about the casing,how much do I need to spend on it?
6. Power supply,which manufactur is the best and how many watt do I need for my new PC?

Ok,I want my PC that can play crysis (in high or medium quality),gears of war (also in high or medium quality) and also can play future games.

When finished replying my question above,can u make a specs list on the bottom pls,thx for helping.

I have a W810i that have firmware R4DB005
But I would like to upgrade to R4EA031.
But before I upgrade to R4EA031,I want to know is there any differences between R4EA031 and R4DB005?

Pls list the differences,thx you
