Upgrade From Intel E6550 to E7300

Hi to all sifu...
My friend was thinking to upgrade his current rig from Intel E6550 wif mobo of MSI P35 Neo to Intel E7300 wif Asus P5Q...
Which his E6550 was able to overclock to 3.1Ghz stablely wif tat MSI mobo...
So I m here to ask all sifu opinion is it worth for him to upgrade to E7300 n Asus P5Q?

Hi to all sifu...
I'm helping my friend to build a new pc which he wanted to use for doing 3d rendering mostly in his college project..
So tis is all I choose for him...
Any sifu wan recommend me to change any parts that's more better?
His maximum budget is RM3000, dun need speaker...he got already...
And my price is a little bit old...it's from penang swisspac pricelist..
He will buy when PISA PCfair on 10th august..so by that time the price should b even cheaper...

Can someone recommend me an ASUS board for AMD?

I'm thinkin of upgrade my board n procossor...cuz...right nw i'm using a X1950Pro...but my CPU is P4 3.0Ghz...it bottomneck my GC...
So...i'm considering to upgrapde to AMD Athlon X2 5000+ BE....but not sure wat board to use....
pls recommend me an ASUS board...which I'll do a little overclock...mayb from 2.6Ghz to 3.0Ghz~3.2Ghz
my budget is RM800 for both CPU and mobo...
