Hi Guys,

I'm new to working out, my goal is to tone up my arms and build some pecs and shoulders. I am standing at 177 cm with 76 kg and. I'm kind of skinny on top but fat at the hips and tummy. My legs are strong and toned already as I've been playing both soccer and futsal therefore I am going to ignore my legs for the moment. Oh ya, and I workout at home with only 10kg dumbbells in my equipment list as for now.

My meal structure:
Breakfast - Nasi Lemak OR Curry Puffs x 3
Lunch - Meat, Taufu, Vege ---- NO RICE!!!
Snack - Coffee with sugar and creamer.
Dinner - Half bowl of Rice accompanied with Meat (fish,chicken,pork etc whatever my mum cooks), vege.

My routine is :

Monday
1. 10 kg floor press 10-10-10-10
2. 5 kg dumbbell fly on floor 8-7-6-5 (seems challenging for me as my left shoulder hurts everytime I get back to start position)
3. 10 kg tricep extension 10-9-8-6 (till arms koyak and dumbbell crash on my head)

Wednesday
1. 9 kg alternating dumbbell curls 10-8-6-5
2. 10 kg shoulder press 10-8-8-8 (seems challenging for me as my left shoulder hurts everytime I get back to start position)

Friday
1. Situps - 20-20-15-10 (ya i know i have weak core)
2. Planking - 3 sets (hold as long as i can)
3. 9 kg alternating dumbbell curls 10-8-6-5

Occasionally :
3-4 days per week I play soccer (cardio). At least 1.5 hours per game.

Any feedback is welcomed as I'm still learning and I don't mind getting flamed Cheers !

Hi all,

Kind of new here. Need some help and advise from all computer geniuses in here.

First symptom :

The mouse cursor distorts and hangs. After a while, it'll either restart or shutdown.

So I decided to take a look inside my CPU. I found out that one blade from the graphic card's fan (ATi Radeon 9600 Series) is broken. Does that mean I need to change my graphic card? Since my PC is 4-5 yrs old. Can I still get a GC that is compatible for my mother board?

Second symptom :

Whenever I insert DVD/CD inside the ROM, my PC shuts down. Even I replaced with another DVDROM. Same thing happens. I assume this is because of PSU prob? Not enough powaaaaaaaaa ?

Lichen Amyloidosis (Skin)

Hi Guys,

Did some google on this skin disease (LA - Lichen Amyloidosis). It seems that those suffering this disease may not be cured. The symptom is like a dark brown scaly-like papules (raised spots) that forms usually on the leg (shin and thigh).

Just wondering is anyone here suffering from this and has he/she got any treatment to get rid of this???

At the end of the week I will be planning to see Dr Ting in Jln Imbi. Is he only good for acne problems?
