I thought it was just a browser problem so I downloaded Brave and Microsoft Edge but the download speeds are the same. I thought it was that the server I was downloading the game from was slow. But anyway I still tried dowloading something else (a youtube vid to mp4 file) and but the same issue happened.<br /><br />I thought it was just my pc acting up or something but I wanted to try one last thing - downloading a game from Steam. To my surprise, the downloading speeds were like 30mbps&#33;? What in the world is going on? I have googled so much but I still cant find a solution to this problem.<br /><br />I did change some battery settings and downloaded a few games but i already put everything i remember i changed to default settings again.
