Upgrading my processor

I haf an Abit AW9d-MAX motherboard, and im thinking of upgrading my processor from core 2 duo to a quad. However my mobo only support fsb of up to 1066 and most new processors now haf 1333 fsb. My question is will it make much difference if i change to a chip with a 1333 fsb or shud i look for a processor with an fsb of 1033.

Was thinking of Core 2 Extreme QX6800 since its fsb is at 1033 but i heard that its no longer in production.

THis is a list of cpu that is supported by my motherboard
hxxp://www.abit.com.tw/cpu-support-list/mb/intel_975x_aw9d_series.htm

Pls advise.

How optimise torrent download speed, on STREAMYX

Hie, im subcribed to streamyx 1mbps line. last time i used to download torrents at a decent speed say around 40 to 50 kbps...sometimes even faster. but nowadays it has gone down to 3-4 kbps ...max is 20++ kbps. Did this happen because alot of people around my area is using streamyx as well and i have to share bandwidth with them or is it because TM has limited me from downloading torrents?? I have heard alot of people sayin streamyz is stopping people from using bittorrent by limiting their bandwidth or blocking their port... is it true?? are there any ways or settings to get around/bypass it?
i've tried port forwarding bt im not using any routers...n as far as i know port forwarding is used only if you are using a router
im using windows xp sp 2. pls advise =)
