Hi guys, we will open this thread dedicated for potential buyers of this project, kindly post your queries, concerns, or anything about the Skysanctuary's phase 1 project - Edgewood Residence

Some simple fact sheet about Edgewood:

Skysanctuary Have one of the largest OWNERS ONLY Central Park in Kuala Lumpur. It will surely change the landscape around the area.

As we are looking at the past projects of Skyworld, we can see that Skyworld always been giving their best to provide the best in term of build quality and giving the best well designed facilities to the residents. As you can see from their past projects: Ascenda, Bennington, SkyAwani 1, SkyAwani 2 and Skyluxe on the Park, Skyworld never skim out on their offerings especially on the facilities and general areas. We are looking forward greatly towards the completion of this mega project in Setapak!

Tallest residence building in KL currently? DO approved lagi tu.. So trion 1 buyers who bought KLCC view for premium pricing, how does they feel when majority of the view got blocked by this building..? the trunk roads inside CSL can tahan this volume of residence units or not oh

would this land better than the existing sunway velocity 2? since its freehold, facing a mall and also connected to mrt station.. seems like a good location, but I'm sunway going to sell it more expensive than one cochrane psf wise..
