I have finally decide to stay in semenyih, now in dilemma on choosing these two property as the price are similar. any owner or experience people can help to decide ? need to pay deposit soon.

[WTA]Landed property below RM500K

I just got married years ago and have a newborn recently, since my family is getting bigger (5ppl) so i decided to move away from my current small apartment.

So are there any landed properties which is below rm500k ? most of my friends recommend me either rawang or semenyih. Just wondering is there any other places for me to consider ?

Btw i work in KLCC, public transport like lrt would be favourable.

p/s: as long as is double storey, gng, freehold, im ok with it either rawang or semenyih, ktm/lrt nearby preferable.

Any idea what to upgrade for better gaming ?

As far as i know The One Academy are pretty famous in the courses.
Some people also suggest in UTAR.

Going to buy a new pc on lowyat this weekend...below are the build that my fren made...is there any problem ?
My Budget is RM2700

Proc:C2d e8200
Mother board: giga ep35-ds3 p35
Ram:kingston ddr 800 2gb
hardisk: western D 250gb
Graphic card:Sapphire 3870 512mb ddr4
Rom:RM100
PSU:C.master real power 550w
Casing: Basic casing RM100

Is it ok with it ? if there is nth wrong i will just follow on this.
