Kelisa Repair Advise

Im doing the repair on kelisa right now which cost me around 2.5K..
Repairmen said got major engine oil leaking = lots of stuff needs to b replaced but not equal to overhaul
and also engine mounting needs to replace..

repairmen said need to take out engine and clean it also.

my questions is..

how much is overhaul cost this days for kelisa..?

Is it normal for this kind of leak and engine mounting to cost around that figure..?

Parts to be replaced or discovered during checking thats need to be replace (always with the suprise) listed by the repairmen

- valve cover gasket
- timing belt set ( replace since already become oily because of the leak)
- fly wheel oil seal
- drive shaft oil seal
- water pump
- power steering belt / pump switch belt (not sure..)
- fan belt (repairmen said old already)
- a/c belt (repairmen said old already)

- auto tranny gasket
- auto tranny ball oil seal (not sure)

- oil sump/sam gasket
- a/c water hose (leaking)
- some bush at the front mounting (engine mounting set doesnt come together is it..? )

- power steering hose
- intake manifold
- oil pressure switch

- engine oil
- oil filter

- radiator service

- labor around 300

constructive suggestion and recommendation are welcome..
i dont even know half of this stuff so repairmen might take advantage of me..

Fully integrated and automated install, supporting Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista (32-bit and 64-bit), installs proper drivers. Includes all latest software available.

It is MANDATORY to disable UAC (User Account Control) before installing the package on Windows Vista (specially the 64-bit version).

Known "Windows Vista only" issues (so far):

- Diagnostics is incorrectly available in Setup under 64-bit. It does not work under that OS.
- "Speaker Settings" crashes during uninstall; just close the "Windows encountered a problem" and uninstall will proceed.
- Environment presets acts as Karaoke presets (effects are applied to Microphone).
- Advanced EQ and Special FX presets are available through "EAX Settings" application. You can edit and save the presets, but you can't delete or edit them once saved.

Known issues:
