How to disable step count from huawei phone

Hi, anyone know how to disable step count from huawei phone and use only smart band data?

Fyi i am using huawei P10 and huawei band 6.
The data shown is from both p10 and the band. (Via huawei health app)
It seems like there is no option for me to only select 1 as the data source.

I already turn off the step counter on phone. (Accurately, not to say turn off but is to do not display it, which I managed to do. No turn off option available.)

No sound after windows 10 updated to version 2004

Did anyone experience the same issue here, which is laptop no sound at all after the latest windows 10 updates (version 2004).
There is an issue with the Realtek driver I think.

I will just wait for October patch and update it once again?
Should I skip the 2004 update and install the 20H2 (will release on October 2020, if not mistaken), or I will need to install both (one by one)?

I had tried many solutions but the issue remains.
The only solution I can fix this is formatting the laptop and do not update to the 2004 version (current version 1909, which will end of service on 11 May 2021 ).

FYI, my laptop is Asus TUF F15 (FX506LH), Windows 10 Home 64bit, bought it last month.

sigh...

What is the correct way to charge the laptop?

Hello, i wanna ask how should we charge our laptop properly to maintain a longer battery life (life span?).

Nowadays most of the laptop's battery is non removable and when the battery is charged (100%)
should we just unplug and use battery?
or we can just leave it to keep charging the laptop?

btw, will keep charging it cause damage to the battery?
