PLEASE SHARE-IPOH Fake Vet-Actually only pet hotel/pet delivery

Anyone know how to report this case?
These people use this kind of method to cheat for money and ends up how our pets were treated until dead? Abused or killed or wrong dose medicine given? Please share and avoid others from suffering the same from these same vets.

Case as below:

I was given a contact that this people provided house call service for pets. I asked if he has house call service vets, he replied yes.
I called and he persuaded me he can't take the medical equipment to my house as he wished to take blood tests on the cat, and persuaded me to let his worker bring the cat to his place for treatment and monitored overnight. Next day he called as the cat died. My cat had been sick at home for a few days with yelling and no appetite to eat but was not until the level will die. He claimed his clinic was under renovation and he is doing it privately at his private home, license was at his other office, and his clinic is named xxxx.

I check online that this vets name and contact no have different clinic name and was googled as:-we provide pet grooming, treatment, boarding and house call services for ipoh perak area. I called him and asked then he said yes this is him but wasn't he writing these.

The blood tests were not billed. He replied if billed, it will cause the billing looks high.

Bill I paid RM200 but my mother was told RM100 when she took the dead cat. My mother asked for the original bill but he did not provide it as he told my mother he had whatsapp to me which is ridiculous. This shows he doesn't want to show evidence about what he had done.
I ask for a copy of his vet license but he keeps finding excuses.
