alrd wfh more than a year, realize that spend most time in living room and study room aka work space
fast forward months ago, has lingering smell coming from sofa, and chairs that made of wood material

after doing some research, it is seems to be some gas called formaldehyde
used baking soda, spray freshener etc but the smell still in the air! any other way to get rid of it?

recently tag along my bro in law to view house since he is planning to get one
i had been viewing some but not yet found one I like in terms of unit, neighborhood etc
he got recommended for 2 units while one is new project and other one is subsales, in dilemma to choose

afaik, new launch has more rebates with hoc program etc but subsales may not need to wait for completion, require more cashflow

my uncle business is not doing well and applied biz loan from bank but rejected due to having home and car loan
