5s Loose power button

So i just got my iPhone 5S Space Grey 16GB from Machines, i was thrilled as im upgrading from my 4s.
As soon as i got home i opened the box and started setting up my phone.
Then only i noticed something is wrong with the PowerButton.
The PowerButton is LOOSE and it makes this rattling noise when the phone vibrate, and Its kinda annoying.
I searched the net and found out its not uncommon . Im just wondering anyone here experiences the same problem here

I was robbed 4 months ago , the police caught the guy and was able to retrieve my stuff. I went through the procedures like giving a statement and identifying the suspect in a lineup. The police officer handling my case told me i have to wait 3 months to return my belongings, he said it's court evidence.

it has been 4 months , and i've called him and asked when is he going to return my stuff, and he just said "ini kes tunggu bicara" and i asked when is it gonna held , then he said " tak tahu".

I just wanna know how long do i still have to wait, pls

problem : battery will not charge, even though the battery icon on the lower right hand corner says "Plugged in, charging"

What i've tried : Reformatting the laptop. Deleting and reinstalling the Battery driver.
