Opinion regarding interview

Hello, do you think if it is appropriate to call a firm every week to ask whether I am being offered the job after interview?

Some context: I am a fresh grad, attended one of the big 4 firms (branch not HQ) interview 3 weeks ago, and to this date I haven’t received any news. I called their staff twice, but both times they said partner has not decided. This firm is my best shot in being offered a job because I did not do so well in another medium-sized firm interview (it was my first before the big 4 interview).

Should I call every week and ask? Will I sound pushy and desperate? Having to wait this long is really suffering.
