Minor car accident repair

I had met an accident last week, and due to Raya holiday I did not manage to get my car repaired. So today I went to 3 different workshops around Subang USJ to quote the price for the repair, however I don't know whether the workshop has quote me a reasonable price or not, so i hope any sifus here can enlighten me regards the repair.

1st shop quoted me RM 1,000 for all the repair, and they told me that my bumper need to be replaced as it was cracked.

2nd shop quoted me RM 1,200 for everything as well, and they told me the same thing as what the 1st shop did. I asked them why is it their price was so expensive, they told me because they will replace the original signal light set for me instead of those "no-brand" type.

3rd shop quoted me RM 900 for all, but they say the price is for "standard paint", if i prefer the "good paint" then price would be RM 1,000. He showed a sample to me, but I could not really see any difference between it.

Now my question is,
1. Is it true that plastic bumper can't be repair if it was cracked and required to replace a new one?
2. What do you all think about the price? Is it way too excessive?
3. Any ideas about the "standard" & "good" paint? my concern is to make sure the paint and the gloss wont fade or change color after use for 1~2years.

thanks.

I have attached the photo of my car that need to be repaired.

Power Antenna

hi everyone...

Currently I am driving a year 2000 Corolla AE111, it is equipped with power antenna and never have any issue before, until today the antenna cannot extends by it self at all while I turn on my radio, but I can clearly heard the sound of the power antenna motor running.

Just want to ask is it possible to repair the power antenna of my car? If yes anyone can recommend a good workshop around Subang area?

So I assume the motor is working fine, do I still need to replace the whole set of power antenna even though the motor is OK??

Thanks.
