Shipping from Japan (Buyee)

Hi just had a question for those who bought from Buyee recently. I know that during this pandemic shipping will be slower. But my item's tracking has been stuck at "Posting/Collection" for almost a week now. My family members have bought from Buyee last month n their items arrived within a week. I chose EMS btw.

Here is the only entry for my tracking number:
10/06/2020 15:30 Posting/Collection HINO TOKYO

Also, mine says HINOTOKYO, while their is TOKUOHOKUBU. Idk if it makes a difference.

Anyone else facing this? Or is it just my item lost during shipping?
