laggy webcam

guys and girls, i do have an issue with my webcam (logitech quickcam IM)...it seems that counterparty (ie. from US) may see laggy and poor quality image...i wonder whether the problem arises is due to laptop,internet connection or webcam...i've tried my webcam with counterparty in US from dell to IBM thinkpad laptop but prob is still there...i'm using streamyx 1mbps speed...if it's webcam problem, any good brand to recommend?

i'm using nokia N70 and yes, thats very old model but i would like to know if there's any handsfree where the volume can be adjusted?just like headphone for computer but i need for one for handphone...i tend to be deaf and even the loudest volume that i've adjusted on the handphone is still soft....i need accessories which can enhance the volume...

I've came across that a file is still remain inside the hard disk or wherever it is in the laptop/computer although it is deleted from the recycle bin. Therefore, I would like to know how to delete a file COMPLETELY...

my problem here is my laptop lag terribly once i receive call from skype when my bitcomet is running (downloading) and i'm surfing net...
i even came across the situation where my laptop lag and hang....any solution guys? and it cant b my memory issue coz my laptop has 1GB of RAM..

edit: my laptop lag even when i'm watching my series + skype on...

[WTA] Router..Wireless problem

I'm a computer dummy and i know almost nothing about computer except using it for surfing and assignments...my desktop can connect to the net thru cable....but my laptop cant even detect the router...even when i use cable, my laptop still cant connect to the net...i dunno what exactly is the problem and the possible solutions for it...i'm going mad soon or maybe i am already mad
