Planning to buy a property at Ampang

first of all, sorry to moderator if i posted it on wrong thread or you may help me to move it to a proper thread if needed to do so.

my bf and me planning to buy a house and we are quite interested on ampang saujana double storey which cost around 460k, leasehold, 1800sq ft, still under construction.

however, my bf is the only son in the family and his mom not really keen on the new hse as currently they do have 1 house already and that house name will chg to my bf name soon. another reason given because my bf is still young (26), afraid that he not able to afford the installment and his mom think that he should earn more,save more, wait for the property price drop or get marry 1st before buy a new house.

actly my bf n me plan to have joint name for housing and bank officer told us that the loan can be approved coz monthly installment for that house is around RM1700 - RM1800 wif our joint salary around 7k. personally i don't know much bout property thing but from what i heard from my bf, he said he plan to buy now since blr is low and property price keep increase like there is no tmr. he worry that in another few yrs, he not able to buy it when the time we have our own family.

so should he buy 1st or wait?

ok, let me tell you bout my situation that i m facing now..

currently i am working at Ampang, one of listed company. i have been working for around 2yrs + since June 2008 (my 1st job). It has been a great 2 yrs for me because i did learn a lot of things from this company. however i guess is time for me move on to another level so i went for interview last 2 weeks,company's competitor of coz

this company based at around Subang Jaya/ Sunway, of coz bigger company with more than 1000staffs compare to mine which is just less than 200staffs.
the competitor offer me job but with slighth increment only..thus, shd i take it?

below is the detail pros n cons of my current job and offered job

Current job (Pros):
1. near to my house 10mins drive, can sleep until 8.20 wake up n start drive from my house at 8.45
2. get very well with other staffs, quite close with each other,culture n environment ok
3. workload is ok, sometime busy n sometime quite free. when free,can even snake back go home sleep because house so near
4. 5 and half working days every week but sometime i will take time off on saturday bcoz do have a lot of time off(accumulate from events,roadshow).
5. basic salary is around 3.5k(not exact) not included allowance (100) and mileage/toll...

Current job (Cons):
1. learned everything..nothing much to learn
2. money!! everyone loves money!
3. feel lack of motivation dy, nvr get appreciated from HOD(not attitute/behaviour prob) in 2yrs +, my department ord 7-8 ppl left in 2yrs and my dept only need 3staffs.

Offered job (Pros):
1. bigger company, well known, bigger prospect
2. 5 working days
3. better benefit
4. similar JD but in the same time in charge of new and big things which is a challenge for me

Offered job (Cons):
1. far!! stuck in traffic
2. salary that they able offer is not much...only around basic 3.7k (not exact) not included allowance (300) and mileage/toll...

so, i need ur idea..i need to let them kno latest on 31st jan. can i just reply their email back to nego for better salary? will it be too offend for them?
any polite way to request for better salary?

want to self made bouquet of flower

i plan to do a self made bouquet of flower..the flower is not a real flower and it is using some sort like span to fold it so that it will look like a rose...
i saw it someone bought it but where can i buy it? can i able to find it at petaling street? or any recommend shop tht sell those type of thing?

i hv been working as exec for 3yrs...but due to my age still very young(not more than 25), i alwayz get rejected for high pay when i get offer from other company...reason given is i m still young n not enuf experience (i was lik.....)

i m working as marketing exec for more than 2yrs. my salary is juz normal if compare to other of my friends.
actually i plan to look for other job to get higher salary but due to i lik this job,

1. is it possible for me to request for higher salary?
2. how shd i voice out to HR or my manager regarding this matter?how to tell them in proper way?
3. will it affect their perception on me after i request for higher salary?(etc:dislike)

new to W7,preivously from WinXP

hi to all of u here.i am new to W7 and i m not good in pc too. i just installed W7 from my previous WinXP and after i installed it, it come to my surprise that i can use the audio without the audio driver

however, i do face some problems and a lot of curiosity here.i tried to install my MB and GC driver but it failed because the driver/cd doesnt support W7, so how to solve the problem? is it W7 will install it automatically for us after the installation? currently i am using asus mobo and normal gforce version 8.

anyone can help?

Lost direction in career

this is my career life. aft i grad, i hv been work in 1 of raw material company for 1yr as marketing exec and the job sometimes require to go out meet customer then i chged another job which is focus on doing sales. i work as sales for 9mths and i feel the job is quite freedom, can back early (most of the time) but of coz need to hit target for evry mth. during this 9 mths, things come up n down for me. sometimes feel dislike the job bcoz need to hit target that is quite high and meet unknown customer for discussion to get sales in but my result is still acceptable.in the same time, i do like freedom and flexibility.

Then i get an offer from 1 of raw material company again. i accept the offer n plan to go back as this is whr my career started coz last time when i doing sales, i will think tht doing table work is very enjoy coz nonid to hit target and sometime is quite free. this job is more on indoor rather than outdoor but then now i feel the opposite feeling, mayb bcoz i already get used with the freedom that i can go back early and flexible..one more thing, there is no internet access in my pc if i need to on9, i need to go to another pc that mainly used for on9.

i feel the time pass super duper slow and it is boring to me coz the pc dun hv internet access. last time although i din go out meet customer, at least i still can play facebook and msn wif my frenz but now, the job need me to stay at office most of the time and without int access

Now i think back, is it my previous job that doing sales is much more suitable for me? wat shd i do now? i lik freedom, no pressure but i m not rly lik to meet with unfamiliar / unknown customer...

currently i get an offer from another company. to make it short, below is the comparison

Current company
1. salary lower compare to what i been offered
2. working environment and colleagues are ok
3. don't have any potential to grow since it is small organization
4. work on alternate sat

new company
1. salary is higher but not that much
2. working environment unsure but it shd b ok from what i saw
3. i am the 1st person to hire to fill the position, is it a pros or cons?
cons:afraid that this position might not stable since it is new pos to the company.
pros: i can b pioneer of this position, might ezly get promoted or bcome senior if the company expand or hire more of this position
4. work on every sat, this is what i hate the most!

i hv 1 yr relationship wif my current bf. previously i hv 2 exs...and i did hv intercourse with both of them. i am no longer love them and only love my current bf.. however, it seems lik my current bf not able to forget my past thing because i had intercourse with someoone before that. i kno he did mind bout that i been 'touched' by other ppl. i feel sad of it and i kno he feel sad as well...he very pamper and sayang me..during this 1 yr,i kno he try his best to 4get it but somehow those thing will haunt him. i really dunno how 2 do and feel hopeless.

Anyone can give advise to me? how i can help myself and my bf? please dont give the advise to separate. all the while, we have been very good in evrything but not in this only.

my mother in law and me is not so close because we have different thinking at all..sometimes watever she said, i have to keep silence even if i disagree with wat she said...feel so sien...although she dun have any bad feeling to me, but just that my heart feel not comfortable when talking wif her..so please help me solve the problem..how should i deal wif her?
