Personal Loan Calculation

I need some advise regarding personal loan calculation.
Recently i just applied for personal loan with Bank Islam as they offered me 3.25% interest rate. Below are the details of my loan application:

Amount: RM50k
Loan tenure: 3 years
Interest: 3.25%

Just now the bank guy just contacted me saying that my loan had been approved but i have to extend my loan tenure to 4 years. I'm ok with it as the interest remains at 3.25%. The monthly installment is RM1177.24 and the total interest is RM6507.52.
So i straight away went to this site http://www.calculator.com.my/personal-loan#.U5aqdfmSwz0
After plugged in all the details i found that the monthly installment stated in the website is RM1112.25 and the total interest is only RM3387.98.

Why is the total interest almost double? Is the loan calculator wrong or Bank Islam have other hidden charges??
Please advise.

PC Can't Boot (Cont'd)

I'd changed my mobo twice now..
first i changed to Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2 which my friend gave me..
the cpu and gpu fan was working normally but the activity LED on my crucial ballistix RAM didn't lite on..
there was no display on the monitor and no beep sound..
then i realized that the jumpers of that mobo are gone..

so, i bought a used Abit An68SV mobo from a forumer..
this time, my RAM LED turned on but still there was no display on my monitor and no beep sound..

seek advice from all u experts there..
what could be the problem?

PC can't boot

It all started few days after i changed my PSU from Cooler Master Real Power 450w ACLY to Enermax Liberty 620w. At first, all of the sudden, the PC turned off (straight away black screen) although while operating. After switching the power button, everything is normal. This happened few times only for around 4 weeks. Yesterday it happened again and this time the PC doesn't turned on. So I tried again and again but still didn't work. All the LED's on my motherboard was lit like normal. So then i removed all the PC parts from my motherboard except the cpu and RAMs to at least boot into bios, but still doesn't work. Even the cpu fans was not working. I don't think it's because of my PSU because the all the LED is lit and even my usb mouse's LED is lit. Is it because of my motherboard is faulty?

my rig spec is:

Motherboard: Abit KN9-sli (2++ years old)
CPU: AMD x2 3800+ (2++ years)
VGA: Xpertvision 7900GS Sonic (2++ years)
RAM: 2x2gb Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 800Mhz (1++ years)
PSU: Enermax Liberty 620w (1++ months)
HDD: 500gb WD SATA (1++ years)

1 more thing, i used to let my PC turned on for 24/7 during my time in college (for around 8 months). Probably this have any effect on the lifetime of my motherboard.

network connection problem

my mobo is abit kn9 sli which include the Dual NVIDIA Gigabit Ethernet..
recently i just setup a network by using a switch with 5 other pc's and a router

the problem is i couldn't connect with the other pc's to share files or play LAN games
every time i try to view workgroup computers there's a message saying
"workgroup is not accessible. you might not have permission to use this network resource."

even though, i still can connect to the internet normally

i've tried everything that i know but it doesn't work

is it because of my dual nvidia gigabit ethernet or the driver?
